Each order includes ONE (1) design concept and up to THREE (3) complimentary revisions.
The initial draft will be provided within 1–3 working days after receiving all required content and information.
Additional design concepts are charged at RM50 per design.
Additional revisions (after the first 3) are charged at RM50 per set of three (3) amendments.
Printing will only proceed after final design approval is received.
The following are not included in MVP’s free or standard design services:
Logo creation or redesign
Complex vector or digital illustrations
Photo manipulation or editing
Premium stock photo sourcing
Copywriting, slogan creation, or proofreading
Only low-resolution JPEG files will be provided for viewing and approval.
Editable or high-resolution artwork files (e.g., PDF, AI, vector) can be purchased separately at RM350.
All design drafts and files remain the intellectual property of Most Valuable Print Sdn Bhd, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A 10–20% colour variation between screen previews, printed samples, and final prints is considered acceptable and within industry standard tolerance.
MVP does not guarantee an exact colour match for reprints or between digital screens and physical materials.
If a design is rejected due to unclear or vague instructions, an alternative design will not be provided.
Customers are encouraged to provide clear and specific briefs to ensure the best outcome.
If unsatisfied with the design:
The project may be put on hold (KIV – Keep in View).
No refunds will be given once work has commenced.
You may:
Top up for a new design (refer to charges above), or
Proceed with one of the existing layouts
