Business Card Free Design Services Terms & Conditions

Please carefully read and review the terms and conditions of MVP’s Free Design Services. If you have any questions, please feel free to use our live chat service or drop email to sales@mvprint.my for assistance.

Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exists on all text relation to Most Valuable Print Enterprise.
Most Valuable Print Enterprise does not guarantee exact color match of customer artwork or reprints (10-20% tolerance).
A reasonable variation in color between original materials, proofs and the completed order, will be considered acceptable print quality.

HOW IT WORKS?

You will receive 1 design from us, plus 3 FREE amendments to the content, colors, etc.
Additional design will be charged at RM50 each.
Further amendments will be charged at RM30 per 3 amendments.
We will only proceed with printing upon your final approval of the design.

MVP Free Design Services are not inclusive of:

Logo design.
Vector drawing and editing.
Creation and revision of content, such as proofreading of text, copywriting, creation of slogan, etc.

HOW LONG IT TAKES?

The processing times vary, depending on how quickly you submit the questionnaire and provide us the feedback on the design/s. It should not take more than 3 working days to complete your design if the aforementioned is completed quickly.

IF I’M UNSATISFIED WITH THE LAYOUT DESIGN?

We will put the project as KIV (Keep in View) and the payment will not be refundable. Below are some options for you to make decision:

Top up design fee, price you may refer to “HOW IT WORK”.
Pick 1 of the previous layout design as final artwork to proceed.

DO I GET SOFTCOPY FOR FINAL ARTWORK?

We will only provide you with low resolution jpg format for viewing. Should you request for an editable and printable softcopy, a fee of RM350 will be charged.
